As I am setting up information for the classes that I am going to be teaching in January I find that people don't understand where their aches and ailments are coming from.

Really it is not the REAL food that is the problem, it is the process or additive to the food.  If you are having a reaction to a food it most likely is NOT the food itself, if it is whole, it is the process or additives.

Then come back and Pre-Register for one of my January classes by filling out the Health History Form.  Walk To Health (with). Me, and regain the health that you so desire while learning about how to regenerate your health and much more. 

Classes are 6 months, 2 times a month, 90 minute classes.  Learning about Primary and Secondary foods, Health, wellness, and guiding you to a regenerative health state.
