Recipe For a PERFECT Bath

Imagine coming home from a tough day knowing a hot, relaxing bath is just a few steps away, or maybe you arrive after a hard workout.

Either way, this regimen is for you. Start with a base of:

1. olive oil
2. milk
3. and your favorite essential oil

End with your stress and soreness melting away.
Spark some romance and ignite passion using the same basic formula with Sensation essential oil added.  

What is that formula?

5 drops of one of the following
Lavender (relaxing)
Live with Passion (romantic)
Sensation (loving)
Copaiba (anti-inflammatory)

1 Big squeeze of your favorite Young Living Bath or Shower Gel 
2-4 Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
2 Cups of whole milk

Place the drops of the essential oil into the bottom of the tub before you turn on your water. Once the water begins to flow, place the olive oil into the running water followed by the Young Living bath and shower gel.

Add the 2 cups of milk and fill the tub to your desired level. Choose a time when you can soak for 20 minutes so all the medicinal benefits of the oils can soak into your skin and muscles.

Affected joints, tissue, and chronic pain: Copaiba in the bath and topically to penetrate deep into affected joints and tissue.
