Apple Season! Liver cleanser! Apple Press! 21 Day Liver Cleanse

Fall is the time to go out and pick some wonderful sweet apples.  I have Johnagold and Gala.  I pick them and press them and freeze the wonderful juice for future consumption.

Freezing rather than canning keeps the living enzymes alive and your body will benefit far more from a raw apple juice than a cooked juice.

My two trees produce about 12 gallons of juice, and they are young trees. 

One reason why fall is such a wonderful time to do a Organ cleanse, especially a Liver cleanse, is because fresh, raw, apple juice is a wonderful liver cleanser, and pressing apples is fun and a wonderful time with family and friends.

Building a functional and fairly inexpensive press is not that hard.  Mine is a double sink, and a garbage disposal framed up in a stand.  With a few other pieces and there you have it. Here is a picture of mine.

I have written and am leading a 21 day Liver Cleanse program starting October 1, 2014.  

The base of the program is $299 for my guidance and instruction for 21 days. There will be specific juicing required.
