Walk To Health - Healthy Change Tip #1

 There are steps we can all take to help us walk to a healthier us.  I want to help you take some of those steps.  

Take each step and work with it for a few weeks.  

STEP #1 - WATER

The first step I want you to take is to make sure you are getting 1/2 your body weight in ounces, in every day.  

Tips to help you accomplish this.

1 - Wake and stand at the sink and drink 12-16 oz of water in one standing.  

2 - Every time you "Empty" your tank (eliminate urine), go and do #1 again.  

If you do these steps, you should get your WATER intake complete by noon.  Once this is complete, every water consumption after this is bonus.
