Healing your body - Regenerating your Inner Health

Can our bodies heal from the brokenness, from the life we live, the way we eat, the way we play, the way we work?

Some will make you believe that your genes are what they are and that all you can do is take a 'Pharma' pill.  So they would answer the above question with a 'No', and accept that it is all about 'getting older'.

So my next question is, "Does getting older have to mean losing the 'quality' of life you desire?"  My answer is, "No, you don't have to lose that quality of life.  You don't have to exchange a pain for another symptom because of the 'pharma' pill they prescribe."

You can change the pattern.  You can heal the genes and make them right.  But here is the catch; YOU have to want to.  You have to crowd out some of the patterns you are in and bring in some new patterns.

Do you want to 'Regenerate your Inner Health'?  WalkToHealth.me has a way to help you take that Journey.  Take action today and schedule your Health History consultation.

Our bodies take time to heal.  It will not happen in 20 minutes.  Sometimes the change, or detox, can be uncomfortable.  That is because you are getting the ick out.

I eat a Raw Plant Based diet, and people look at me like I am odd, when really the way I eat was the way that those in the Garden of Eden ate.  People today think that the way they are eating is good, when really eating 'Food Like Substances' is NOT what the body needs to sustain health through the entirety of life, it is taking you and your loved ones on a slippery slop to ill health.

Do you want to take time now to get your body back to health, or do you want to let it go and then one day find yourself in ill health as a result, and unable to live that 'quality' life you deserve?

I give workshops in the workplace, group sessions, and individual sessions.  Check out the openings to discuss your Health plan for life.

Don't loose that Quality you deserve and desire.  Live your life full, and with health and passion.
