Stressed? Muscle Pain? Low Immune System? Low Quality of Sleep?

Are you stressed?  Do you have pain in your muscles or joints?  Do you find yourself always fighting off a bug?  Do you find your quality of sleep is low, or you feel like you need your mood lifted?

Essential oils such as Chamomile, Geranium, Peppermint, Rosewood, Lavender, Lemon, and Marjoram can be helpful, when used appropriately, for boosting the immune system, promoting relaxation, easing muscle pain, lifting mood, and improving sleep quality.

Essential oils that have been distilled properly are living and do heal within the cells of our bodies. Below is a bath remedy that will help with easing stress and pain, and as a result will help you sleep better.  ENJOY!!

Try the following combination of essential oils in a warm (not hot) bath to ease stress and muscle pain:

3 drops Lavender
2 drops Petitgrain
1-2 drops Frankincense

Use only Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.  In the search box type: 'essential oils' and it will bring up all the essential oils we carry.

Draw the bath first
Mix the essential oils with a tablespoon of milk
Add to the bath water
Swirl them around with your foot
Get in and relax.

Allow yourself 10 to 20 minutes. Do not get the bath water in your eyes, as the oils will sting.

Use this formula once a day for 3 or 4 days a week over a two to three week period.  You will be amazed at the difference you feel in your body.

When you have done this for 2-3 weeks come back and let me know how you feel.
God's blessings,

Vitamin D and Omega 3

In the past year there have been many reports out there about the positive effects of what Vitamin D does in the body.  I would encourage all of you to consider adding Vitamin D to your vitamin regime.  Below I have posted the information on the Omega 3 and Vitamin D  capsule that I promote.  Please contact me at if you would like to add this to your plan.  Or go to my Health page to order.  Blessings, Lynn

Omega-3 with Vitamin D3

Optimize Your Brain, Bone and Heart Health*
The research supporting the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D is overwhelming. It’s no longer a question of if you should consume these important nutrients, but more a matter of how much you should consume in order to help improve and maintain your overall health—especially your heart and brain health.*
Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D are both critically important to long-term health, but because your body can't produce them on its own, you have to get them through the foods you eat—and in the case of vitamin D, it’s provided by the foods you eat AND through sun exposure. At one time this was fairly easy because our diets included foods that provided much more of each of these nutrients, but in our modern lifestyles, today we’re eating more grain-fed livestock and spending less time outdoors. As a result, omega-3s and vitamin D are no longer plentiful and are becoming less and less abundant in the normal diet. Certain species of fish are good sources of omega-3s and vitamin D, but contaminants and pollution in oceans and waterways can make consuming them a bit risky. Because of these factors, supplementation has become a popular means for acquiring both omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D.
Mannatech’s Omega-3 with Vitamin D3 features a proprietary, two-step molecular distillation process ensuring ultra-purity. It surpasses the quality and purity standards for fish oil supplements adopted by the Global Organization for EPA and DHA (GOED) and the European Pharmacopeia.
A single serving of our Omega-3 with Vitamin D3 provides 1110 milligrams of EPA/DHA fatty acids and 830 IU of vitamin D3, as well as the following health benefits:
  • Helps support cardiovascular and heart health*
  • Helps support brain function and health*
  • Helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response, a key contributor to immune health*
  • Provides support for healthy triglyceride levels already within normal levels*
  • Enhances calcium absorption, which is essential for bone health

Integrated Medicine

I am guessing that you may have heard the new phrase "Integrated Medicine".  It is a phrase that is becoming common in the medical profession across the nation.  And it is a good thing.  It is where Western medicine and Alternative therapies come together and together help a person in their well being.  There are many alternatives out there.

Reflexology and living essential oils are two of those alternatives out there.  Two of which I offer.  Research has shown that emotions and disease are intertwined and that the mind is a very powerful organ in our bodies.

I encourage you to take a look at using Reflexology, a modality that has been effectively used for over 6000 years, and Essential Oils as a means of whole body health in 2012.

Some medical doctors can't see the efficacy of alternatives.  I have seen client results over the years from their body responding to treatments.  Consider being part of the Integrated Medicine movement in the US and try an alternative this year.

If you have questions about Reflexology, Living Essential Oils, Light treatments, vibrational treatments and wellness supplements, contact me or set up an appointment and give it a try.  Or if you live away, set up a consultation and we can talk about Essential Oils and wellness supplements and your food intake.

Here is an article on Integrated Medicine you might find interesting.
