Stressed? Muscle Pain? Low Immune System? Low Quality of Sleep?

Are you stressed?  Do you have pain in your muscles or joints?  Do you find yourself always fighting off a bug?  Do you find your quality of sleep is low, or you feel like you need your mood lifted?

Essential oils such as Chamomile, Geranium, Peppermint, Rosewood, Lavender, Lemon, and Marjoram can be helpful, when used appropriately, for boosting the immune system, promoting relaxation, easing muscle pain, lifting mood, and improving sleep quality.

Essential oils that have been distilled properly are living and do heal within the cells of our bodies. Below is a bath remedy that will help with easing stress and pain, and as a result will help you sleep better.  ENJOY!!

Try the following combination of essential oils in a warm (not hot) bath to ease stress and muscle pain:

3 drops Lavender
2 drops Petitgrain
1-2 drops Frankincense

Use only Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.  In the search box type: 'essential oils' and it will bring up all the essential oils we carry.

Draw the bath first
Mix the essential oils with a tablespoon of milk
Add to the bath water
Swirl them around with your foot
Get in and relax.

Allow yourself 10 to 20 minutes. Do not get the bath water in your eyes, as the oils will sting.

Use this formula once a day for 3 or 4 days a week over a two to three week period.  You will be amazed at the difference you feel in your body.

When you have done this for 2-3 weeks come back and let me know how you feel.
God's blessings,
Lynn
