Benefits - These boost your immunity, and have anti-inflamitory properties.  And again... anti-cancer.  They help to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure and reduce the risk of some cancers and heart disease. 

Where can you get this:
Onions, garlic, scallions, chives, banana's cauliflower, mushrooms, parsnips, ginger... again...  Just think color!

Try adding one of these a day to your intake... Fresh...  whole...  not from a box of any kind.
